This special Mother’s Day brunch runs from 12:30pm to 3:00pm, with 90-minute seating times.

Start the experience at the Garden Harvest Station, featuring fresh mixed leaves, vibrant salads, and dishes like pesto primavera pasta, creamy prawn and potato salad, and grilled salmon with cauliflower and quinoa. Enjoy a selection of finger sandwiches and wraps, alongside a variety of light savoury bites including mushroom and Florentina tart, satay chicken skewers, spanner crab croquettes, and mini quiches with smoked salmon.

Seafood and grazing options include cooked prawns, half shell mussels, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, and a selection of dips, crackers, and artisan breads.

A credit card and deposit will be required to secure a reservation and full payment will be made by Friday 8th May. Once a booking confirmation is issued, the purchase becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including non-attendance.

Please let one of our team members know if you have any special dietary requirements, food allergies or food intolerances. Whilst all care is taken in the preparation of all food, traces may still be found due to potential cross contamination.
